Advance Notice
All normal bookings require a minimum of four (4) hours advance notice based on Toronto (Eastern Time) time. We reserve the right to decline bookings that do not meet this requirement.

4. Pricing & Surcharges
Quoted Prices
Prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice until a Booking is confirmed. Quoted prices include the base fare for the specified route.
Pearson International Airport Surcharge
A non-negotiable surcharge of $17.25 CAD applies to any Booking where the pick-up location is Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) (only applies to Terminal 1 & Terminal 3). This surcharge covers airport access fees, terminal charges, and associated costs imposed by the Greater Toronto Airports Authority.
Round Trip
If a round trip is selected, the total fare is calculated at twice (2x) the single-journey price, inclusive of any applicable surcharges.
Wait Time & Stopovers
Each scheduled stopover includes 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Additional waiting time beyond 15 minutes per stop will be charged at the applicable hourly or per-minute rate. For airport pick-ups, 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is provided for international arrivals and 45 minutes for domestic arrivals.
Additional Charges
The Company reserves the right to apply additional charges for: (a) tolls and parking fees not included in the quoted fare; (b) cleaning fees if the vehicle is left in an unsatisfactory condition; (c) damage to the vehicle caused by the Client or passengers.
5. Payment
Full payment or an initial deposit is required to confirm a Booking. Payment is processed via a secure payment link sent to the Client’s email address. By proceeding with payment, the Client acknowledges acceptance of these Terms.
Accepted payment methods are disclosed at the time of checkout. The Company does not store card data; all transactions are processed through a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor.

Modifications are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.
Company Cancellations
In the unlikely event that the Company must cancel a Booking due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, vehicle breakdown, severe weather), we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost.
